Umpqua Basin Food Not Bombs is a grassroots organization powered by volunteers and community donations in Douglas County, distributing resources and services to anyone who needs them.
Community powered services are more important than ever. To address disenfranchisement, Umpqua Basin Food Not Bombs provides direct community based services to the greater Roseburg area.
For over a year, we have distributed food and resources including: Fresh produce, shelf stable food, potluck-style meals, clothing, hygiene products, pet food, naloxone, connections to resources, tents, tarps, sleeping bags, wagons etc.
Umpqua Basin Food Not Bombs collaborates with many community resources and services such as: Umpqua Valley Farmers Market, Everyday Needs Network, Umpqua Heart, Indivisible Douglas County, Housing First Umpqua, and HIV Alliance.
Get Involved
Donations and kind gestures from the community power UBFNB’s work. Each weekend, 30 - 40 people from all demographics obtain food and supplies provided by Umpqua Basin Food Not Bombs. Together, we can make an impact and sustain this effort, but we need your help.
